Lindsay 1st Ward
Skits, silly camp songs, good food, hikes, J Johns, devotionals, snype hunts, singing trees, cold nights, warm days, awesome stake & ward leaders, bunch of crazy, fun & cute girls = Girl's Camp 2011! I had a great time at Girl's Camp again. I am the 2nd counselor over the Beehives in the Young Women's program so I will always get to go while I have that calling. I Love it! Sydney & Haley were my only two daughter's there this year. I am used to having at least 3 of my girls up there. They had a zip line up there this year and that was pretty fun. I had lots of fun bonding with the Lindsay 1st ward girls and leaders.
Haley went to Time to Blossom this year. It's a program for 11-16 year old girls. The girls stayed in the Hyatt hotel in Mesa and had classes during the day that they were bussed to at EVIT. She was very excited to get to meet John Bytheway. (Shhh, don't tell but Scott & I snuck into one of his classes and sat in the back to listen). One night there was a concert with Alex Boye that the parents got to attend. He is very funny. She had lots of fun but got a little homesick. I LOVE the picture they took of her - she is beautiful!
