My niece Danica Shumway (Curt & Monica's daughter) is engaged to Tommy VanCleave. They have known each other for about 5 years. She served a mission in Italy and he just got home at the end of December from serving a mission in Canada. Danica went to see him (He lives is Colorado) and came home engaged. The wedding is going to be May 30th. She didn't have a current picture of them together - he made this collage for her.
My nephew Nicholas VanLeuven (Brian & Sherry's son) is engaged to Kristin Saunders. They started dating in October -first date was to the fair and she had some of our frybread. They will be married on May 16th.
It's so exciting to see them growing up and moving on to the next big step in their life. Both couples go together perfectly. Congratulations Nick & Danica. We're proud of you.
